TEXAS HOME REBATES – “REBATE REQUIREMENTS” TO ENSURE YOU QUALIFY FOR TEXAS HOME REBATES’ 2% REBATE ON NEW HOME PURCHASE OR 1% REBATE ON PRE-OWNED HOME PURCHASE, FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW:

PURCHASING A NEW HOME: To ensure valid registration and your benefits under the program you must:

• Inform the Builder that you are working with Texas Home Rebates and that we are your real estate agent, on the first visit to the Builder’s subdivision or place of business. If you like you can print the Registration Card and give to Builders on your visit.
• Failure to inform Builder that Texas Home Rebates will be representing you could result in the loss of rebate.
• If you forget to inform Builder of your representation, please contact Builder’s representative and Texas Home Rebates as soon as possible after your first visit to the Builder’s subdivision.
• If the Builder requires a Realtor to accompany you, you must leave without registering and make an appointment for a Texas Home Rebates’ agent to accompany you back to the office.

PURCHASING A PRE-OWNED HOME: Once you have located a pre-owned home that you are interested in then you must:

• Contact Texas Home Rebates for a showing of the home.
• DO NOT CONTACT THE LISTING AGENT OR THE LISTING OFFICE OR ANY PHONE NUMBER ON THE YARD SIGN OR ON www.har.com or www.realtor.com.
• If you have already done so, please contact our office and we can evaluate your situation and determine if we can offer you our program.

PLEASE NOTE NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OF THE ABOVE, Texas Home Rebates will only pay rebates when Texas Home Rebates receives compensation from a transaction. Our program is 2% Rebate on New Home Purchase or 1% Rebate on Pre-Owned Home Purchase. Most rebates may be applied, with Seller approval, toward closing costs, discount points, pre-paid escrow items, upgrades, etc. Or you can receive a check back after funding, which could take up to 10 days to receive your check. All rebates and contributions are fully disclosed to all parties involved and comply with RESPA regulations.
